T. had a belt test in martial arts, so he is now an orange belt. Congratulations T.!
We moved some furniture into the dining room: the quarter sawn oak table from the eat in kitchen, and the recently reupholstered chairs that match but did not come with it. We moved R.'s drop leaf table from the living room to the kitchen. We moved the rug from the living room where it had been on the street side of the living room into the dining room. We emptied the bar, moved it into the dining room. I cleared some of the shelves off, did a lot of dusting and vacuuming. I also moved some board games into the dining room. We moved one of the book cases that used to be in the 3rd floor library, and which I emptied out about a year ago into the living room where the bar used to be, and I stored some toys in there.
We all went to Julie's Place for lunch.
We all had dinner at home.
A., M. and I went around the block. A. hasn't been on the scooter that long in a while (she also scootered to and from the restaurant) and her leg (the standing one) got really tired. We were all really tired by the end of the day.
I had a really enjoyable long phone call with my sister-in-law S. We've been discovering more things (values and preferences both leisure activities and parenting values) that we have in common, which is never a sure thing and absolutely wonderful.
I was incredibly exhausted by the end of the day.
