T. had a half day with a closed cafeteria and in a minor domestic miracle unlikely to recur, he remembered to get his lunch Tuesday night and bring it Wednesday morning. I did have to remind him once on Tuesday that this would need to happen, and let him come up with what he wanted (subway).
I went to Whole Foods. It seemed both well stocked and busier than when I am usually there. Probably random. Still.
I did a bunch of cleaning: ran Eufy upstairs in the bathrooms and roomba downstairs. Did kitchen surfaces and some other dusting. Ran some laundry.
I walked with M.
Since I watched TRMS and NCIS the night before (not when aired, but very shortly thereafter), and because I decided not to turn on Bloomberg, it was a pretty quiet day.
ETA: Apparently I didn't do a daily entry yesterday? We went to Woods Hill Table. I was carded; that was weird. That hasn't happened in a while. I have decided that Less Than Greater Than really does have the best bar of all the restaurants we go to. I had been thinking Woods Hill Table was pretty competitive, but it really isn't. <> is the best. No vegan dessert options at Woods Hill last night other than coconut sorbet. We tried H by Hine; I like Remy better still, altho to be fair, I haven't had the Remy VSOP for so long perhaps my memory has shifted. But I have had the Germain Robin more recently, and I like that better than H by Hine, too.
I tried to order a women's size Blundstone's replacement for A.'s size 3 youth purple paddock boot. Total fail -- the 3.5 women may actually have been smaller than the size 3 youth (these are Australian sizes). I went up to 4.5, tho, and those worked out great. I dropped off the 3.5s today at the UPS store. Super quick turnaround on the replacements -- I did the replacement on the phone with Zappo's yesterday afternoon, and the new ones landed on my doorstep today.
I canceled the kids' Kindle Free Time subscription after months, if not years, of non-use. It looked like you had to go onto the device to cancel, or call, so I called. I think they offered to refund some months back, but I just took the current month and called it good.
