Wednesday is T.'s half day. He had his swim lesson, and he has been booked for another month and a half swim lessons into February. He went to gymnastics, but they forgot to pay, so I somehow have to actually remember to do that whenever he next has a lesson, probably in January.

We did a bunch of cleaning. R. spot cleaned (mostly ketchup) T.'s suit from his Halloween costume. I vacuumed the brown couch including under it (weird how one end of that couch is so much heavier than the other end). I decluttered the couch (toys went back up to A.'s room) and the top of the kitchen table (mostly). I also removed kid art from the climbing structure and took a picture of it and sent it to the first possible donation place. I have received an initial response but it was basically, I'll ask around. Which is fine. I vacuumed out the food particles from the snack and candy drawer. I stripped and made two beds. I took out the garbage.

When A. got home, she had a recipe and cookie cutter for making gingerbread people. So we started the dough and then, as the instructions required, put it in the fridge to cool. R. stopped at Roche Bros on the way home to pick up more yogurt for T.'s breakfasts. Then R. and A. finished making the cookies. They were good -- everyone liked them even before being frosted.

I took A. to the Paper Store, where we bought a couple teacher gifts (ornaments) which we assembled with some Happy Holiday themed gift bags I'd spotted in a bin earlier in the season, a couple gingerbread people, and our family holiday card and then put in her backpack. Hopefully, they will not come home repeatedly before making it to their addressee. A. and I also bought R. a small present for his stocking and one for under the tree, and she got him a card. I bought more Hallmark ornaments. She also got a really huge Ty unicorn (Blitz).

A. and R. bought T. a gift card from the Apple Store, which he is asking everyone for so he can buy something.

I requested T. a DVD of Running the Sahara from the library. I also bought tickets for him to see The Greatest Showman.
