Saturday's Activities Include: martial arts, Altitude birthday party

Today, A. got a little Olaf / snowman from her advent calendar. I ate another piece of chocolate. In the evening, R. opened his second can of beer. It was a single cut. It was pretty good, but I think yesterday's was a little better.

We went to a birthday party at Altitude. That's always fun. It's mostly the same kids at every one of these birthday parties (honestly, lots of overlap even between T.'s and A.'s birthday parties, but T.'s parties are almost exactly the same group every time). I really like this. It feels like we are being Adults and able to get along with each other so the kids can have a good time together. We don't necessarily (as adults) all know each other that well, but we enjoy seeing each other a few times a year and having small talk.

Might not be a big thing for neurotypical types, but for me, it's huge.
