Tuesday's Activities Include: power washing, painting, walk, cleaning

The painter and a helper showed up. Some more power washing happened on the deck. Priming and repair happened preparatory to painting around the new shower. I'm feeling optimistic that this might be done sometime soon.

I went for a walk with M.

I did some cleaning: the downstairs lav, part of the upstairs hall bath. Ran roomba downstairs in the hall and kitchen area. Mutual cancellation on Dutch -- I have a cold again, and he's got a deadline. Things will eventually settle down again, I feel sure.

I made some muffins. I ate leftovers for dinner (omelette with some of the mushrooms, the chili with tortilla chips, some leftovers vegetables with rice), and had a big salad for lunch. I did the weekly shopping trip today to Roche Bros. and made cole slaw after.
