Forwarding email to tripit

If you want to send trip information to tripit, you are supposed to either let it dig around in your email or send the email to plans@tripit.com. I thought, oh, hey, I'll have JetBlue send it. Never showed up. I suspect that if the forwarded email doesn't come _from_ the email address associated with the account, it goes into ... I dunno, a bit bucket?
