Abbenhouse Divorce and Property Dispute
Oct. 12th, 2012 06:08 pmWell, I got my SASE back from King County Superior Court and it contains something for Henry and Hendriena but it is not their divorce; it's a lawsuit brought by Hendrina after Henry got the divorce. The property settlement they had agreed to wasn't adhered to.
The Louise and Henry divorce was brought by Henry and it was acrimonious. I'll probably be posting both of them over on my tree, but I'm clearly going to be getting back in touch with the King County Correspondence Clerk to see if they can track down the earlier divorce now that I have a tight time frame for it. Given that both of them were living in King County at the time, it's hard to imagine I've got the wrong court.
