Monday: return to school, 2 hour delay

walkitoutToday was supposed to be an early release day, however, we were notified by the district that the jr hi and hi school would instead release at the normal time, but start 2 hours late to allow for testing the teachers. Yay!
I dragged myself out of bed to get A. moving, made her breakfast and lunch and did her hair, asked R. to walk her to school and went back to bed. Other than canceling my usual walk with M., I basically spent the rest of the day in bed. I had an english muffin for breakfast and a bagel for lunch. I don’t remember having dinner.
