walkitoutThe farm share arrived, so I did some cooking. I am still trying to give away the beets. Hmmm.
R. went to Roche Bros.
We had tacos for dinner — I had corn tortillas in the fridge, I think from a Walden delivery, and I already had some portioned out avocado (Good Foods Avocado Mash, is what the package says); the farm share conveniently included lettuce and cilantro and green onions, so I just needed to add bell pepper and tomato. R. cooked the ground beef and I have no idea what he put in it, altho obviously, since he was also having it, on allium. Yummy, and there is more for tomorrow.
I went to Trader Joe’s. I couldn’t find the no salt added marinara. I was able to find creamy unsalted peanut butter, and I got chocolate chips and chocolate babka (the second to last being the reason I went, and the last being the thing I wanted the most). I picked up some organic red bell peppers and snap peas while I was there. There were some bare shelves, and it was moderately busy.
T.’s 3 year IEP was today, on zoom, and he attended. That was exciting.
