I had a delightful conversation with J., albeit briefer than usual because his back is hurting and he got a chiropractic appointment. Here’s hoping it’s feeling better.

I had a delightful conversation with R., on her day off.

I had a delightful convo with K., we’d missed one because she’s been so busy, but it was nice to catch up.

I got my walks.
