Sunday: zoom, walks, extra hour of sleep

It is Day of the Dead. It is an extra fraught holiday, because of the disproportionate impact of the virus on Hispanic families. I feel very sad, but at the same time, I also do acknowledge that this holiday provides comfort during the pain of memory.
We did family zoom.
I realized that I had completely forgotten to do Cooperative Suffering Saturday for weeks. So I did Cooperative Suffering Sunday. This is a virtual activity that feels very spiritual to me. I am extremely happy that I stumbled into it, and love that my friends on FB are participating in it.
