Wednesday: phone call, walks

I had a delightful phone call with J.
Everyone but me had a piano lesson with F.
I walked with A.
I walked the 3 mile loop by myself. That is 5 miles for me! Woot!
I added a bunch of spinach that was teetering on the edge to the sunbasket turmeric pollack with green beans and rice. It was amazing. It would have been good without the spinach, I am sure, but there was tons of sauce so it worked out great.
I cooked two batches of kale and had a kale omelette for lunch.
I noticed two peaches that were now really ripe. I pan fried them, put some cinnamon sugar on them, and ate them with the last of the peach and blueberry crisp. Yummy.
R. had a King Julius from Treehouse. He saved me a sample. It was really good.
