I was reading Ars Technica yesterday evening:

https://arstechnica.com/science/2020/05/i-enrolled-in-a-coronavirus-contact-tracing-academy/

You may have already seen it on Wired.

When I realized it was pretty short and free, I abandoned the article partway through and started the course. Emily Gurley has a pleasing voice and a stress-free delivery style. Her worst vocal mannerism — and it is not at all bad — is a tendency to start sentences with the word So. There are virtually no ums uhs or even awkward pauses, and you never need to reply a section because she mumbles, or spoke too quickly. My husband might find it excruciatingly slow paced, but I was fine with it, especially once I realized that it went picture in picture when I switched to playing my game. I can play Farmville 2 Country Escape while “learning” contact tracing! Whee! Best multi-tasking activity ever.

I still have the rest of the fifth chunk to do, an the graded assignment. I thought about just doing it all in one go, but I started after dinner and around midnight I decided I might as well leave some fun for tomorrow.

I did not even take a break to watch TRMS, so I have that to look forward to today as well!

So, that was fun. Passed the test on the first try (missed two items). I have never added a credential to LinkedIn, so I got to do that. Whee! Checked in on several years worth of messages on LinkedIn, deleted many, replied to one.
