walkitoutThe sitter went with her family to the parade. Looked like fun! Altho not my kind of fun. Lots of standing. Standing around waiting. Standing around in crowds. Also, football.
In the meantime, I sort of had to be in two places at once: bringing my son home from gymnastics and picking up my daughter at school. I split the difference, picked her up early and him up a little late. Everyone was very nice about it.
We had dinner at Julie's Place. It was the second day above 60 degrees, so A. and T. scootered and I walked. R. joined A. and I later on.
At gymnastics, we noticed that they have a kids nite out coming up. Woot! I've already got a double date with friends set up. Fingers crossed!
ETA: I did have a walk with M., but nothing like as many steps as yesterday. I also dropped off some clothes and shoes at the middle class guilt reduction station, and some DVDs off for the Friends of the Acton Memorial Library.
