walkitoutThe sitter watched the kids while M. and I got a walk. Then she took T. off for a fun filled day of swimming lesson, Altitude and sundry other things TBD.
A. and I had a nice quiet day at home. I made waffles for breakfast. I made blondies. I had pad thai for lunch, so now the roast chicken is entirely gone. I am contemplating what to thaw next; probably the flank steak.
No school for either kid. Yom Kippur means there are very well dressed people walking about the neighborhood.
ETA: I had a very pleasant chat with K. I also had a brief and enjoyable conversation with my sister.
