I'm doing this in Word (gack) so I have stuff like word count easily available, and can reformat at will without the pain of hacking away at HTML. Because I'm not going to post .docs, I am posting .pdfs instead. They're somewhat ugly, but that's in the nature of two days worth of writing a very fast first draft. Comments/suggestions welcome.
Cleaned up the formatting somewhat. Chapter 5 ends at a mildly depressing moment so you might want to wait until I get past that.
