I waste time on the Internet. I really like Business Insider for tabloid-y goodness. But they also do lifehacker type articles, including many on the importance of getting enough sleep. So wonderful to see many of my folk health beliefs repeated all in one place!

Lately I've been wondering if the sleep apnea thing is overhyped. It sometimes seems as if everyone I know who goes in for testing is prescribed a CPAP. It's made me rather reluctant to get tested myself, though the amount I snore and the number of reported awakenings I'm seeing on the Fitbit data suggest I should.
