Jo Walton's recommendations on Tor are always interesting, though I am far from always agreeing with her taste. I also really like rushthatspeaks.livejournal.com, which has many extremely eclectic book reviews, definitely including some sf. Zie often wrings much more out of a book than I am generally willing to bother doing, which means I start and abandon a number of the books I pick up on zir recommendation, but I do always learn something.
