Who did the formatting of Ray Nagin's book? CreateSpace are such great help for authors who want to self-published. I am a book formatter and I have been using Createspace standard in formatting the novels of my clients. It even inspire me to put up my own book formatting site: www.thefastfingers.com. CreateSpace is great!
