Transplanting a Seattleite

I've been trying to figure out how to rephrase the title so that it doesn't sound as if he were predicting a disaster, but have had no luck. The Coming Population Correction just doesn't have the same ring to it.

I hope he's right. It would be darned nice to have *something* just automatically work itself out around here, rather than every day I turn on the news being the day I find out that the environment is in even worse shape than I thought, when what I thought before was pretty bad.
