Wednesday therapy

walkitoutA. was really late getting out the door in the afternoon, and was going to be at least 15 minutes to therapy. Being late feels disrespectful to me, and I really, really, really hate this pattern, so after discussing it with R., I drove over to therapy, since it is conjoint / family therapy and I really like the therapist. We talked a little about R. and my frustrations and concerns, and A. was as always extremely supportive, and when A. (daughter) arrived, we talked through some things and did some problem solving that was all around rewarding for all of us. So, yay! Therapy and talking and problem solving good!

Oh, and JC from Fusion got back to me and A. is going to get to do Voice next year, which she is excited about and honestly, I am too, on her behalf.
Dinner was at NYAJ for all 3 of us. Their seasonal menu had veggie pad thai on it and was really good, as was the mezcal negroni. I think I might like that better than a boulevardier, but it is a tough call.
