Saturday: some routine!

I was tired, so I slept in while T. went to martial arts and Vic’s. No piano because the instructor is on vacation.
I made brownies. I cooked bacon. I walked by myself (the short loop). I’m leaving the viewing in other posts for now.
A. and I saw a TikTok about magnesium gummies, and how they can help with a bunch of stuff and while I wasn’t sure if I believed all that they were saying, it did occur to me that magnesium can really help move things along and that’s been a bit of an issue for A. lately. So we ordered some magnesium gummies and today she took one. It tasted somewhat gross (blueberry) and was somewhat hard to just swallow, but shortly after she got it down she commented how relaxed she felt. That was a surprise! Would be amazing if supplementing magnesium wound up solving a ton of problems! Altho she’s _so_ relaxed she feels floppy now. Anyway. Probably we’ll have her take that closer to bedtime in the future, but in the meantime, we watched a show and were mellow and that was great.
