A. is sick and I might be too
Mar. 26th, 2025 02:49 pmA. has slept pretty much all day. One of her teachers canceled, and she was still queasy so I just called her in sick. I am not feeling all that great either.
E. is going over the notes I made on the lighting submittal. I woke up remembering the kitchen ceiling lights, which I did not see go by in the submittal at all. That’s not surprising. They were a late addition. The benefit of getting them to him before crashing last night is that he was on it at 7:30 this morning. Woot!
Siena Farms small share, tulips, and greens all arrived, along with the folks who will be doing the renovation at our current house. I cleaned out the radishes that were all sprouting in the fridge and cleaned the veg drawer they were in to make space for all the stuff. There was also sriracha and a small sourdough and a small square package of mushrooms. Yum!
I had a phone call with J.
I had a walk with M.
I slept in late after calling A. in, so I barely did Duo. I will need to catch up at some point, altho who knows when that will be. I figure we must really be sick for me to be this far behind this quickly after a vacation.
Also, I apparently went on vacation and completely stopped reading even Matt Levine. Wow. I’ve got over a week to catch up on (altho I’m mostly caught up on podcasts because I drove out to the house yesterday). I guess I just decided that while I was on vacation, I’d read trashy fiction on kindle unlimited and let me just say that I do not regret that choice one teeny tiny bit.
