Today in construction, I was asked questions about accounts at National Grid. It kinda threw me off, but I got off the phone, tracked down the relevant file, puzzled through the pieces of paper, stapled some of them together so they wouldn’t be so confusing next time, updated my password manager to contain the information and then contacted the person who needed the information and passed it along.
My cousin J. reached out to me, so I sent her some money and we had a nice back and forth.
I paid the babysitter, and had a nice back and forth in text with S.
I found a really cool door that I want for the double door front entry, and shared it ‘round. R. likes it a bunch, too!
I found a potential door for the 2nd floor exterior door and shared it ‘round also. I want that one painted purple.
Lighting is progressing. The ADA bathroom plans are moving along.
A. completed Spanish Year 2 Session A, so that’s exciting. She _also_ had another event, so I called the neurologist and talked to a Medical Assistant and they will discuss with the neurologist. The nurse practitioner we had been seeing is no longer there (I knew that was about to happen), so getting an appointment will be challenging. But I figured with staff at Fusion noticing events on Monday and Thursday of this week, it would be incredibly irresponsible to not restart things at the neurologist.
I finally felt caught up enough to sit down with google slides and start doing a room by room visualization aid. It’s kind of fun! Like doing a collage, basically. Who knew that all that time we spent in grade school cutting shit out of magazines and gluing them down to a piece of paper would turn out to have a meaningfully useful real world counterpart.
