It was delightful NOT hot today. I walked with M. today, after making blondies. Yay!
A. had a slightly shorter day today.
FF was lightly attended, but I had a nice chat with J. followed by a brief intermission, and a nice chat with R. Because flights were impacted, customers at the Needle and CGG were impacted and so was she. Yikes!
There was a 1 pm zoom about shower pans, which was productive.
I went over to Post Road Carpet today and looked at and walked on an installed section of Duro Design. I’m thinking that for the Entry, the shorter connector, and probably my bedroom, too, but less certain about anywhere else. I’m still thinking Marmoleum for the lobby / laundry at the base of the stair, and carpet at the top of the stair. I very briefly considered and then dismissed using it in the music room or the great room, but the risk of negative flooring / furniture interactions seems real and 100% unnecessary; hardwood there is just fine. I’m hoping to have some conversations with my sister and maybe my nieces and finalize some decisions about flooring and/or bathrooms, over the weekend.
