In Which We Travel to Florida

Short school day, release at 11 something. Flight was delayed. We drove down anyway and had dinner at Boston Beer Works. Flight was largely uneventful. We got to MCO in time for T. to buy a magic band plus at the Disney store about five minutes before close. He had to get hotel staff to help him connect it to his account because we couldn’t figure out why it was not connecting. He had to deactivate some of his older bands first.

(For alert readers, this is the last burger I ate until I returned home on NYE.)

I heard from various travel buddies recently that I’m perceived as a bit control freak-y in terms of checking in with people when they depart / arrive. So this time, I didn’t. I mean, obviously I made copious use of Find My, but I didn’t text or call or anything.
