I walked with M. I also did 2 loops of the 1 mile by myself while chatting with Priestess.
I had a delightful long calm phone call with J.
R. and I went to the Tack Room in Lincoln. I had the cauliflower, a house salad and 2 chocolate martinis. It absolutely cracks me up that I voluntarily and gleefully eat meals like this. Everything was absolutely fantastic, and I had one of R.’s habanero wings.
I also sat down in my office, cleared a bit of space and deleted the erythritol spelt brownies from my online cookbook. I’m thinking about putting some updates up as well (mostly the cookies that I’ve been making, since I have the source recipes, my modifications and photos), but I wanted to at least take those down, given what was in the news recently about erythritol.
I also bolted some flour and started the dough for bread tomorrow. I’m currently tracking with great interest the shipment of the Bosch sifter attachment.
