Monday: a day in bed
Oct. 3rd, 2022 08:15 pmGood news: I’m able to eat this time. That’s a huge improvement over the previous booster. But I’m exhausted, and my arms hurt and I probably have an elevated temperature for me (which in no way counts as a fever in any kind of objective sense — I run cold).
I started rereading Ilona Andrews Hidden Legacy books last night, and am continuing through them today. They are super perfect for the amount of crap I feel right now.
Also: I am very happy that R. bought Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Mmmmm.
He got her on her own bike. There was an Issue with some grease getting on her sweats, but he’s working to deal with that and I’m reasonably certain I can order a replacement if I need to. They’ve been riding the tandem to and from school, which is really nice.
No walk today; I feel like crap. I looked on the CDC website for guidance, and then took a baby aspirin. I’ve refreshed it a couple of times, and I wish I’d done this for previous shots. I don’t know why I listen to people who are all like, oh, it might not work as well if you take analgesics.
