Wednesday: A. home, slept in
Sep. 14th, 2022 02:54 pmA. stayed home today and I reported the absence last night so I slept in. Yay! I feel a lot better.
I had a long convo with J. That was really nice.
I walked with M., but we did not have an indoor visit.
I’ve been poking around at things like Evgo, chargepoint, plugshare, electrify america, and ABRP. I’ve never — and this is hilarious, given how long I’ve had an electric car — successfully charged while away from home. I gave up after a few tries that did not work with the i3. I don’t think I tried again after it bricked itself in the garage, so it may well have been problems on the car side. Also, I did not know back then about making sure the charging cord doesn’t drag down too much. Anyway. I had to update some payment info (switched to paypal, woot!), but other than newer stuff like ABRP, the accounts were just sitting there, same passwords, etc. (I did update them.)
It looks like ABRP is supportive of pre-planning stops on a longer trip, which is what I’m doing anyway. The interface is not working well for me on the iPad, which is a bad sign. It _may_ just be that I’m doing something wrong. I’ll try on another device and see how it goes.
