Monday: cooking

I made blondies, because there was only one left.
I had some of the Lilac Hedge chicken sausage on a role from Walden, with homemade pickles and some mustard (some of my usual NSA Westbrae but also some Raye’s yellow, which is all really good). I also had some ratatouille as a veggie side dish.
Very yummy! I made have had some non-dairy Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food with a blondie. Mmmmm.
Book group tonight, so I finished reading _Unfamiliar Fishes_ by Sarah Vowell. Really good. I mean, obviously, a depressing period of history, but this and _1491_ last month have filled in some major blank spaces in my understanding of recent / relevant history.
A. requested the PS5 come out of the box and be opened. I shared the Playstation credentials with R. The Apple TV lost its connection so the PS5 could have a spot (this will probably be reworked at some point in the future). A. is playing the game that came with the PS5.
ETA: A. stayed up late and watched TRMS (on Tivo, so delayed) with me last night. She wanted to watch the news with me, and that did not seem unreasonable. I think I’ll try to do this with her during the time slot for the rest of the week and see how it goes (Prime, instead of TRMS, because TRMS is once a week currently).
