Monday: busy day
Jul. 11th, 2022 11:00 pmI got up at what during the school year is a normal hour, but now is early, to go for a walk with A. It was _fantastic_ to see A. She listened to me. She hugged me. She gave me cookies. A. is literally the perfect friend. I don’t deserve her. She seemed to enjoy the walk as well. Hopefully, she’ll keep me around.
I also walked with M.
Daughter A. started Camp Empow today. She said after that she really enjoyed it. She usually does enjoy it, but doesn’t usually articulate that, so that was nice!
She also started her level 4 swim lessons which are weekly Monday evenings for a while. She has a different instructor _and likes him better_. Yay! The previous instructor has a freaking rock star reputation and can be difficult to get into his classes, so having someone else she likes better makes life easier all around.
