Monday: Happy Labor Day!

I have all kinds of issues with various unions, but they have done so much for the world. Working together to improve safety, increase fairness and even out the inevitable inequities of capitalism is Worthy.

We never travel Labor Day weekend, because everyone else does and I try never to do what everyone else is doing something while they are doing it because I have poor emotional regulation and crowds make it even worse.

I am continuing to work on the house — getting the rest of the bath mats where they belong, measuring for drapes, unpackaging and putting them up. And, most painfully, laundering the old drapes and folding them for donation. Ugh.
