Friday: walk, bathrooms, Happy Beltane!

I went for a walk with M. We went at 10:30, because Friday is planning day for our district, so no lessons for the kids (unless they have uncompleted lessons from the week to wrap up). Thus, I am not needed around the house for school or whatever, so I can go for a walk in the morning instead of waiting until school is mostly done in the afternoon.

This was probably an error, because the sun has come out. Maybe I will go for a walk myself.

The car needs to have the maintenance cycle run on the Rex. I am thinking about just going for a drive maybe with one or more kids, let the maintenance cycle run, see what the world looks like more than a third of a mile as the crow flies from my house.

R.’s job is in an essential industry, so occasionally he has to go into work to deal with something that cannot be done from home. That happened today.

I cleaned one toilet while having a delightful phone convo with K. I cleaned a second one just now. Only one left; perhaps I will ask someone else to do it.
