Saturday: the perfect nerd weekend day
Dec. 14th, 2019 11:00 pmWell, it was not quite perfect, because T. is still too sick to do his usual activities. So, no martial arts, no Vics, no yoga.
BUT, A. and I watched episodes 3-6 of The Mandalorian, which was delightful. Altho I now want to watch them all again because I know I missed things.
We got through bag 12 on the Hogwarts Castle lego set. Great Hall looks super cool.
A.’s fifth and final charm was in the Advent castle today, so the holiday bracelet is set up for this year.
T. caught up on his Star Wars Lego Advent (he had missed a day in there somehow, because he was sick).
I also stripped and made a couple beds, did some dusting, and tracked down prescription swim goggles for my niece. That was a little tricky, because she is farsighted and has substantially different prescriptions in each eye, and I did not want them to be so expensive my sister would freak out too much if they got lost.
ETA: T. slept most of the night in his bed, instead of the recliner. Progress!
