The piano teacher called to see if it would be okay to come early; that was more than okay! R. wanted to get to the town meeting, and it was going to be tight on time for him. A slightly earlier lesson helped a lot.
The SunBasket delivery arrived 2 days late but was still cool inside the box with a mostly solid ice pack. I ate the fish for lunch (well, half of it but I cooked all of it) and cooked the ground pork for dinner. Should be okay from here. Annoying from a meal planning perspective but did motivate me to finish off the last of the leftovers in the fridge while waiting for the box to arrive.
It was a nice quiet day. T. was coughing more, so he did not go out with the sitter. I had a nice walk with M. (It was warm!). I had a nice phone chat with J. I did a little light cleaning while on the phone.
A. complained this afternoon about a horrible squeal; I could not hear it. It turned out to be that when one of the burners was on high, she could hear it making a sound that I could not hear. Ah, how good the hearing of a young child! I turned it down a bit, and that made it go away.
