Thursday: lots of walking!
Sep. 5th, 2019 11:00 pmMy friend J. from pickup came over after dropping her son off and we did the one mile loop. She is a delight at all times, but also a delight to walk with! We have compatible paces and of course endless things to talk about and laugh about. So much fun!
I walked to pick up A. which happened early because Thursday is half day. Before that, I continued down to CVS and bought M. a gift card and a birthday card. It is her 35th birthday. 35 was a good year for me; I hope it is as good a year for her. Or better!
I walked with M.
That was a lot of walking!
Also, T. and I rode our bikes to NYAJ for dinner and R. rode over to join us. Very nice! Altho, that was kind of a lot off exercise for me. I topped it off by lifting for the first time in about a week.
ETA: I had my hair colored and remembered to ask to have my brows done. I have a little groucho marx going on with the darker color. Fun!
