Thursday: kid still home, blog errors
Aug. 29th, 2019 10:30 amI am still doing backlogged trip reports and realized that I screwed up on dates on a couple entries because I accidentally combined the 19th and 20th into a single entry. Ooops! It is now corrected; sorry about any confusion. I still have not done the Efteling days, the flight out, or the day before departure. Hopefully someday soon!
My daughter is home again; axillary temp reading 99.5 which combined with yesterday afternoon still reading 100 and change means the rules say she stays home. Good news — long weekend almost guarantees she will be good to go on Tuesday.
I roomba’d the upstairs bathrooms yesterday. I also killed a wasp flying around the inside of the kitchen slider. Yikes! I assume it is one of the ones coming in through some unknown area around the fireplace. Really, Friday and the bee guy cannot arrive quickly enough. I have not seen any wasps this morning. It rained a ton yesterday and last night, and is warmer, which in theory should discourage them from entering the house. (The rain should overall reduce activity, and the warmer should cause them to be less interested in being in the house.)
I am rooma’ing the upstairs hall. I watched a couple TRMS episodes yesterday and one today so I am mostly caught up (I did not keep and watch the full vacation backlog, so I am sure things happened that I will go, wha? If people mention the. Oh well!).
