I was going to make sourdough rolls today, since yesterday’s pizza was so tasty. However, I was also going to use the summer squash that was not eaten on 4th of July, and some of the zucchini (same) to make zucchini bread. And I thought, hey, I wonder if you can make a sourdough banana bread.

I ditched the cloves, baking powder and salt. I used potassium bicarb instead of baking soda. I used the soft red wheat from Brian Severson farms. Tasty!
