Tuesday’s Activities Include: date night, phone calls, Nest smoke detectors

I ordered 10 Nest Smoke and CO detectors from Home Depot. The pricing was slightly better than Amazon, with the same shipping window (and free shipping). We’ll see how that goes.

We went out to dinner at Karma. That was tasty. It’s nice not having to worry about being sick to my lower GI anymore. I had sushi. I may have slightly overdone it on the raw fish — we also had the raw tuna and fried wontons appetizer.

I had two wonderful phone calls, one in the afternoon with J., and one in the evening with K. I talked to them about my recent vacation, and trying to figure out what the right kind and amount of activities is. They both had really helpful perspectives, and as a result I understand better just how common the overdoing-it thing really is.
