I was trying to fill out a form that involved a driver's license number, and it occurred to me, I wonder if they want my native license number or an international permit. Maybe I should find out if I need the international one.

Yup. I do. So I need passport pictures for that. Oh, and look, my driver's license is going to expire before the trip. Need to renew that. Hey, I can do that online! Only it won't take my money. In either of two forms. Which makes me wonder if (a) doing this not during business hours was a bad idea or (b) they really do want me to come in in person, even tho they are saying I could do it online.

*sigh*
