Thursday: 5 miles

walkitoutI did a loop around Idylwilde and West Acton with M. (Not my regular walking partner M). It was fantastic; I so love talking to her. We’re going to try to do this more regularly but we keep forgetting. My Watch tells me that was about 4 miles total.
Upon my return at 10:30, I walked with M (my regular walking partner). So that was a fifth mile.
I also have a noon convo with J. That was utterly delightful. Altho I did start running out of voice towards the end of it.
I took a nap later. I’m also reading the new Amanda Quick. And I took T. to track, since the sitter canceled. It’s weirdly awesome that we are de facto down to 2-3 days of sitter, instead of 5.
