I'm still having trouble with uploading docs, which I'm currently dealing with by not uploading anything. File creation seems to be working fine, as does saving back down to my laptop. Best of all, I stumbled across the file sharing/permissions features. Keen. I'm back to thinking I may move my entire file structure (more or less) up to google docs.

There's a publish-to-blog feature (which works) and a remove from blog (which works, even tho it produces an error message).

Weird stuff. Still exploring the space. I don't think it will replace using lj's web access, but you never know. It might for longer essay-like pieces, which I had been writing, posting as me-only until I was done with them, and then changing the permissions on.

The re-formatting that happens is not the most wonderful, but it's more or less readable.

I removed my nanowrimo novel from 2007 (Leia at Hazard) from my website, so if you go looking for it, it's not there and instead there's a mailto link to ask me for access to it over at google docs.

While I was at it, I dug up the most recent edit of Time and Mischance (the fantasy novel from 1999) and put that up, too. It is in two parts, instead of by chapter, because cutting the large file up into that many pieces felt like way too much work.

If you want access to any of the above, just let me know and I'll be happy to do so.

I'm still debating the merits of moving everything up to Docs. I'm definitely not going to make any effort to move my website from seanet to Google Sites.
