walkitoutT. decided to go to the track meet. He did not bring a jacket, but he did wear long sleeves and pants. But the coach sent him back to the car to get a jacket from me (I gave him the outer jacket and stayed in the car where the sun kept me warm). I also gave him my gloves. He had fun, earned his silver shoe laces and wrapped up the season in good style.
We went to the hardware store to get the LED adhesive light he wanted for the vertical compartment of his dresser.
We had lunch at Julie's Place (well, second breakfast for me).
We went to the horse, while R. blew leaves.
I went grocery shopping.
There were phone calls. I post-mortemed the trip with my sister, and we more or less came to the same conclusion that I did the day of the Citricos / Park Fare reservations: we need to make more adult plans for the nieces, because they are hitting That Age.
I'll write more trip reports later. The ones up are the ones I wrote and posted private while on the trip and then made public just now.
