Transplanting a Seattleite

From my childhood, I remember two restaurant chains (Ponderosa and another with a western theme name). They were kind of like Jimbo's. Cafeteria line for most food items, a cashier at the end of the line & a plastic number thing that got your hot items delivered to your table. There was signage: "No Tipping, Pardner" & "Let us know about mis-steaks."
