Friday made it around the loop

I walked the 1 mile loop with M. Very exciting! No pain. A little slower than usual. The downhills were a little tricky, but the uphills felt good in a strengthening kind of way, which I was really hoping for. I’m going to rest tho now because there’s no point undoing all this careful effort by overdoing again.
