Monday: book group delayed
Jul. 29th, 2024 11:44 pmA.’s first class was at 11:30 so I did the OAC / MEPFP in the car, which worked out fine.
Book group was delayed, because M. also did not finish the book which was fine by me.
The lighting RCP from the architect is done — I can find nothing else to complain about, which is impressive! OK, I hate all natatorium pendants but that isn’t their fault.
After discussion with R., I went in search of hardware for closet doors that was not a lever (hate levers that don’t turn!) and wasn’t a knob (because ADA, whatever). Wound up with an appliance pull / cabinet pull from Nest Studio. This is not saving us any money, that’s for sure! I’m not sure where we will use this — I may make it discretionary and let people pick what they want. It’s _really_ _nice_ tho. Facet 01 in unlacquered brass. Lovely.
I have a visit but no walk with M.
R. and I went to Less Than Greater Than. The Tuna Tataki on the menu is awesome. Then we walked around the block.
