Sunday: Eiffel tower, walks, baking

I walked by myself.
A. went swimming with R., so I had the house to myself for a while. T. went to Newton for a music recital and did fine. Good for him! Then he drove to Lexington for track. Then he drove to Littleton to go to work. They cut him loose early, tho because it was quiet. We did Family Zoom.
A. had a portal playdate with B.
I worked on the Eiffel Tower and got through bag 51, so well into box 3. I listened to a bunch of podcasts. The “Follow the Data” Bloomberg podcast is pretty good altho it didn’t start super strong. The Lazy Genius podcast is not for me, but it was interesting hearing her review of KC Davis book, since I had just read it myself. I think the Lazy Genius has basically the same target audience as Davis’ book.
I made waffles.
I made 3 ingredient cookies (the classic, albeit with peanuts instead of peanut butter because why not, I’m mixing it in the food processor anyway).
I also found an oil based oatmeal raisin cookie, so I’m trying that, too.
