Friday's Activities Include: driving to North Conway, Common Man, Residence Inn

T. had a half day and came home around 11:15. We packed up the van. We picked up A. at 2:15. She was ready because I had actually told the teacher days in advance. She had asked and I remembered to plan. Amazing! We encountered only a little traffic. We had an early dinner at Common Man in Concord, NH. Then we drove on to the Residence Inn in North Conway. Checkin was uneventful. The feather free room request was actually honored, which is unusual. They gave us a water bottle and a granola bar on checkin.

A. had a huge temper tantrum in the van when we were unpacking and I was concerned it was going to be a real short visit, but it turned out okay. We were tired and went to bed early, but didn't get to sleep for a while because we were too warm. Unexpected!
