Personally I think that the banks/CC companies are going to have to get a bit less greedy with the fees if the economy really is going that far away from cash. I don't mind paying a server more, but I'm damned if I want to pay my bank a single dime, considering how much money they make off me (and how much more likely the server is to need the money).
