DART (Dial-a-Ride Transit) being the paratransit component. Saving money by being green and responding to feedback. Yum!

I had gone looking for something R. told me, that I now suspect was a slight misunderstanding (or possibly a major twisting) of Metro's regular schedule adjustments.
